How do I place an order?

It’s super easy to place an order with us. Just shoot us an email or give us a call on our toll-free number. Our menu is always up to date, and we love connecting with our members online and on the phone. If you are not a member yet, you will need to sign up with us first, and once accepted, can easily place an order with us. Not sure what medicinals would be best for you?

We offer a discreet mail-order and local delivery-service to our cherished members. We ask that if you place an order, to try do so before 12ish noon PST. This ensures it is packaged sent out the same day and we can deliver it in a reasonable amount of time. Any orders taken after lunch will be processed for the next day (with certain exceptions).

For local deliveries in the Okanagan Valley, we have a reasonable sliding scale fee for the Northern, Central, Southern Okanagan to cover fuel cost. We always accept honorariums for drive time and compassionate care, if you feel inspired to give, please know that we are grateful for any acknowledgement of our efforts, especially when given from the heart.

Payment & Shipping

Payment is simple and easy with us. Online payments are accepted through e-transfer or money order, and deliveries also include cash for ease of purchase. Ordering with us has never been so secure.

We offer discreet shipping through Canada Express Post, and always ensure your safety and confidentiality every step of the way. Every one of our brown boxes is packaged with care, vaccum sealed twice, and includes a copy of our member’s endorsement along with it.

Upon confirmation of payment, we email a copy of the receipt along with a tracking number. For verification, it is required the member signs upon delivery. Our shipping cost is a standard rate by region. We only ship within Canada.

At FOLCCS, we do our best to make sure every order is right and packaged properly, but just like the rest of us, we’re human too.

Sometimes we make mistakes, and we love to learn from them! Its how we grow and get better and better. If there is an issue, please feel free to give us a call and we will do our very best to make it right. We usually ask for a photo to confirm the issue, and we move forward from there.
